And they show that absolutely none of the phone calls she claims to have made or received actually took place. If there was any shred of doubt, up until this point, about the existence (or lack thereof) of Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, the alleged “babysitter” who “kidnapped” Caylee, these records should serve to dispel it. If for some unexplained reason you are still frantically clinging to your belief in the fiction that Casey is “mother of the year,” I encourage you to watch this episode of Nancy Grace, and then go back to the previous post on this case and listen to the audio of Casey being interrogated by investigators. As Scared Monkeys astutely points out, Casey can be heard telling police about a “phone call” that she claims to have “received” from Caylee almost a month after the toddler’s disappearance. But guess what? (Big surprise, right?) That phone call never happened.
