Surprise, surprise! Apparently you can’t randomly accuse total strangers of having kidnapped your child without expecting to face some fairly serious civil as well as criminal charges.

WFTV snagged an exclusive interview with Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez’s brand-spanking-new attorney, John Morgan, who is gleefully preparing at least one lawsuit against Casey Anthony herself, and possibly (as he hints at in the interview) additional lawsuits against other parties who may have “repeated” defamatory statements about Fernandez-Gonzalez.
