Much has happened. Isn’t that the story of everyone’s life though? I’ve been very busy with school. Those of you who know me in person know what the deal is, but I’m reluctant to go into too much detail about my education here, on this blog, simply because it is public and I’d like to continue to remain at least somewhat anonymous—for personal reasons.
Suffice to say that good things are happening with school and I’m poised to achieve some major educational milestones in the very near future.
In other news: in late December, a dear friend of mine passed away. His name was Pete. He had Neurofibromatosis Type II. He was 33 years old. Pete was an amazing person; one of the coolest things that he did to help others was build this website. I think of him at random moments and honestly cannot believe that he is gone. Our connection was brief but intense and (I hope) as meaningful for him as it was and continues to be for me.
There is a lot more that I could write, but for now, just this.

I understand that you’ve been very busy. Truly sorry for your loss. Pete obviously gave a wonderful gift for others who would come behind him. Think of him fondly.
